You will receive a dossier with your diets where you will find some nutritional concepts, a nutritional and hydration plan designed for riders and some receipts with the equivalences methods.
Nutritional coaching
45' of interview to explain how to use the Diet Dossier and clarify any doubt about it, we will also give some basic nutritional tips.
