Initial interview

To know what you like to eat, if you have any intolerance… and so on in order to build a fully individualized diet.

Blood test analysis

If the client has a recent blood test analysis, we will interpretate it and act and change your diet to cover any kind of lack of any type.

Antropometry

Initial anthropometry to set up realistic and precise goals.

Diet Dossier

You will receive a dossier with your diets where you will find some nutritional concepts, a nutritional and hydration plan designed for riders and some receipts with the equivalences methods.

Nutritional coaching

45' of interview to explain how to use the Diet Dossier and clarify any doubt about it, we will also give some basic nutritional tips.

Ideal for médium level riders that are looking for healthy nutritional habits that help them to achieve their goals.
