If you are part of those who needs a structured guide to then organize your sport life, this is what you need, 12 weeks of structured training based on your objectives:

What´s included on the SELF TRAINING PLAN?

Is a 12 weeks training planification that you will receive through the web, this plan is without contact between coach and rider and will be readjusted on the weeks 4 and 8.

For riders that need 12 weeks of focus to prepare for their goals, you choose the goal and we help you to achieve it.

EPIC SERIES MTB

12 Weeks training plan for riders looking for a step up on MTB marathon and MTB stage races. A combination of structured and free training conbining strength in and out the bike with the objective of increasing the application of useful power while on the bike and optimize main aspects and physiological thresholds involved on this performance model.

GRAN FONDO SERIES ROAD

For all the riders that are stacked on their performance and times at their main gran fondos o simply they want to improve their long term/time performance, a combination of structured and free training sessions with some room and freedom to ride on your training group, giving you a continuous improvement ramp thouards your personal goals. This training plan will have some adjustment based on a questionary on weeks 4 and 8.

LOVE CYCLING

Do you like to prgress? Do you like to train with a previous script and be the one organizing your training load? If yes, this is your plan, the one that will adapt better to your timing due to its flexibility and adaptability. A training plan born to give you basic notions on training and allow you to set up your days and pedal on a continuous improvement.
