The proceses Will start with an interview (phone or video call, whatever suits better the customer) to know better the rider (sporting past and present, availability, tools, objectives…), then analyze all the info and draw in TrainingPeaks week by week the training plan. Weekly follow up, adaptionof the training sessions to the daily issues, continuous feedback (WhatsApp, email, phone…). This service includes 2 performance test, first one at the beginning of the year (VT1 and VT2 determination and training zones), second one whenever the coach understands is needed.
Initial interview
Where all the important topics will be touched in order to build a fully individualized training program.
Physiologicall evaluation
We will determine your physiological milestones and training zones and put you in perspective to your goals.
Training and racing data analysis
We will structure and build your training weekly or every 15days, we will also analyze your racing data.
Direct line with your coach
Contact your coach with any doubt or to change your program if there is any kind of issue (Illness, weather…), training load 100% adapted to your needs.
