Monthly planification Is a training plan created to adapt to the life of the athlete in terms of timing, training capacity, training tools, OBJECTIVE, family… all this info will come out from a initial interview that will be developed on the platform the rider wants (Skype, Teams…). Based on the info from the interview, the first 4 weeks of training will be visible in TrainingPeaks, during this 4 weeks there will be no contact with the coach. On the third week of every training block a meeting will be scheduled (call or videocall whatever suits better the athlete) o the call rider and coach will go over all the topics think is necessary to talk about and based on all the info the next month will be planned.

Customized training plan
Your coach will analyze all the information he received and build the training plan that will adapt to time schedule, shape, disponibilty…
Monthly review
On the 3rd week of training a meeting with your coach will be scheduled in order to analyze and put in common all the important information to move on to next step.
